Frequently Asked Questions
Will AI send emails without my knowledge?
Never. AI only prepares the reply. You always press "Send" yourself. If you press nothing — the email won't be sent.
How secure is it? Who sees my emails?
Connected via standard Google OAuth. Your emails are processed by AI (OpenAI GPT-4o) for analysis — similar to how Gmail Smart Reply works. Emails are not stored on our servers beyond processing time. Decision history is saved to your personal Google Sheets.
What if AI writes the wrong reply?
That's exactly why there's an Edit button. AI provides a draft — you edit if needed. Over time AI gets better at understanding your style.
Does it only work with Gmail?
Yes, currently only Gmail. Outlook support is planned for Q3 2026.
What is "commercial analysis" in PRO?
When a commercial proposal arrives, AI compares it with previous offers from the same or similar suppliers, detects manipulation and gives a recommendation: accept, negotiate or decline.
